Chef. Hasan Al Haj Hasan

Executive Chef

With over 35 years in 5-star hospitality, Chef Hasan Alhaj Hasan serves as the Executive Chef at Emirates Palace Catering by Dubai World Trade Centre. He honed his craft over 16 years as a private chef for the Jordanian Royal Family, developing a culinary vision that blends global influences with a dedication to organic ingredients and sustainable kitchen practices. Today, he leads Emirates Palace Catering’s culinary operations, creating exceptional dining experiences that reflect both innovation and tradition.

Moustafa Abdalla

Senior Sales Manager

With extensive experience in catering, Moustafa built his foundation in operations at DWTC before moving to Waldorf Astoria The Palm as an Event Manager, where he refined his expertise in luxury event management. He later joined Emirates Palace Catering by DWTC, mastering both Arabic and international service styles. Today, as Senior Sales Manager, he oversees Operations and Event Sales, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
